A complete antenatal and hypnobirthing course taught in two sessions at your home. Grounded in physiology, evidence and emotional honesty.
Session one covers the mind-body connection, how fear affects labour, what hypnosis actually is, your first guided practice and the foundations of calm.
Session two covers birth physiology and hormones, the stages of labour, comfort measures and movement, self-hypnosis and anchors, your rights in birth, how to navigate interventions and decisions, the postnatal period and what comes after.
Everything is taught in the context of your specific circumstances, your hopes and your questions. The course is designed to prepare you for birth as it actually unfolds, not just the birth you're hoping for.
Includes: guided hypnosis in both sessions · five audio tracks · birth preferences template · fourth trimester guide · birth partner's role handout

Sometimes you don't need a full course, you just need someone knowledgeable sitting with you, helping you think it all through.
The birth planning session is a two-hour conversation designed to help you feel genuinely informed and prepared as your birth approaches. We work through your birth preferences together, talk honestly about the maternity system, and make sure you have the tools to advocate for yourself confidently on the day.
What we cover:
What matters most to you, your hopes, priorities and any concerns, The maternity system and what to expect and how to navigate it.
Key decisions to think about in advance such as pain relief, monitoring, induction, caesarean The BRAIN tool: How to ask the right questions and make informed choices under pressure
Your birth preferences document - working through it together so it says what you actually mean.
What your partner can do and their role in protecting your space and advocating for you
This session is available online or at your home and is suitable whether you've done antenatal classes elsewhere and want to go deeper, or you simply want focused, personalised support in the final weeks of pregnancy.
